Deal Stock

Deal Stock - The deal stock is the certificate of a company or corporation considered a bargain, a deal under certain circumstances. The outstanding stock shares become deal stock when events affecting the value of a stock begin to transmit. The rumors may have a negative effect or a positive effect depending upon the perception of the stock certificate on the trading market. Rumors that transition a stock involve words of a takeover or a merger within the corporate community. If the merger or takeover will benefit the company in question, shareholders are tempted to buy more stock certificates as a personal investment.
