This could involve any number of agents or means necessary for the facilitation of making sure a specific shipment reaches the place it was intended. Normally there are many options and services that a manufacturer can use for such situations. Unless they are large enough and have sufficient sales to warrant creating their own customized means. That will depend on the manufacturer and what all they feel is the best method to accomplish deliveries.
