Exante Return - The exante return is the expected return on an asset or portfolio, which is the entire collection of investments an investor will have. The exante return is calculated using a proportional weighting, in this case, that would be the prices expected, weighed out proportionately among the securities to come up with the exante return based on the component assets (key assets) of the portfolio. In order for the exante return to be as accurate as possibly all probabilities which could occur that will determine the pricing of these assets must be taken in consideration and calculated as accuracy as possible in order for an accurate or close to accurate exante return. |
