Floor Official- Is the persons who are individual employed by the Securities and Exchanges Commission (SEC) to act as an objective member of the trades being made. There job is to walk the floor of the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and monitors the transactions between the stock traders and the markets while working the floor. They are easy found due to the bright color of the jackets they wear with there identification on such jackets.
