Forward Integration – Forward integration is a term that applies a business expanding their services or products. And to do so in a way that gives the business control in a direct way over the distribution of said products. This is where the company chooses to bypass any possible options in distribution so it can do it directly with the customers of its products. Such as should the choice to take goods directly to the retailer rather than go through some distribution center. And that is where there is possible savings related to such changes that make it a good option.
