Many investors sell more held stock certificates because they are forced to, rather than because these investors want to. The corporate stock certificate investor's insider sales are typically a useful way to measure the future of the company or corporation. Insider selling has jumped to its highest level since directors and senior officers at company, and corporations sell millions of dollars in stock certificate equity. This is an imbalance, and one that would traditionally signal during the recent market rally.
