Listing Requirements - Listing Requirements is the listing on the New York Stock Exchange, a company will meet certain qualifications, and to be willing to keep the investing public knowledgeable on the progress of its affairs. The company must be a going trepidation, or be the successor to a going concern. In determining eligibility for listing, particular attention to such qualifications as the degree of national interest in the company. It is a set of conditions imposed by the stock exchange upon companies. It is the conditions sometimes to include a minimum number of shares outstanding, minimum market capitalization, and minimum annual income.
