Management's Discussion -
Management's Discussion is when the controlling registrants must comply
with all the off-balance sheet arrangements of discovery requirements
in registering the statements, annual reports and the substitute or
information statements that expected are to include the financial statements
for their fiscal years ending on or after June. Registrants, other than
small business issuers, must include the table of contractual commitments
in the registration statements, the annual reports and proxy or information
statements that are required to include the financial statements for
the fiscal year ending in December. Registrants may freely submit with
the new disclosure requirements before the compliance dates.
