OTC Bulletin Board - OTC Bulletin Board is a regulated quotation service that displays real-time quotes, last-sale pricing, and the volume information in over-the-counter (OTC) equity securities. It is the equity security not listed or traded on the NASDAQ or a National Securities Exchange. It is a quotation medium for the subscribing members. It is not an issuer, or listing service, and not to confuse with the stock market. There are no minimum substantiated standards. Issuers do not have the filing or reporting requirements. Makers will be required to provide the quarterly financial reports. Investors must contact a stockbroker or dealer to trade securities.
