Public Employee

Public Employee – Being state-employed, working for the government, mainly community, civic, municipal, unrestricted agent, workers, staff members, active in the public domain. Those working for the people, on the behalf of, for the interest of the general populace, as, for and through the government, agencies, in the open, not in secret, behind closed doors, broadcast and known, in the public eye so to speak.  An individual or groupings of persons employed part or full-time, under contract and agreement, working for government, municipal, county, state, or federal employers, including state-tertiary educational entities (colleges, universities)  A full-time member, officer or employee of the state, serving the public and general good.
