Systematic Investment Plan This type of investment plan allows for people to preset an amount of money that can be transferred from one account to another electronically. This cannot be an unlimited amount of money, as restrictions must be placed on it, but what it does is allow for people to automatically invest money. This money can be invested in stocks, mutual funds, and retirement plans and is basically an automatic investment plan for the investor. This makes investment much easier because the individual can simply log onto a computer, rather than having to actually speak with someone in person to make the investment.
