Trade Show - A trade show is an event, schedule and organized as a meeting, over days, weekends, or weeks, in different locations (travelling), or singular events, related to particular industries, in order to showcase and exhibit their product or service. Exposure, networking and reaching the masses in a shorter period of time, better medium and time-frame (even online) selling and branding rather face-to-face, generating new business, increasing sales, fostering new and servicing established relationships, brushing up on industry contacts and sizing up competition. It all unfolds at trade shows. There are annual events, workshops, conferences, speakers and meetings, on related industry and profession topics and issues. Planning, leads and sales come together in these types of event, promo’s and marketing campaigns. Mission, goals action plan and results are all measured and tracked, evaluated, amidst all the promotions, on site activities, and post-show follow up priorities. Important components are visual presentation and pre-promotional marketing, to captivate, inform, optimize target-audience effectively. |
