Trailing Return This is document that shows how well the returns of a fund or company have been over a set period of time. An investor can request to see the trailing return over the past 6 months in order to see how well that company has been doing recently and can make the decision on whether or not to invest based on that information. It is very easy to come up with this information and it gives you an idea of when the company peaks over the course of a year and then it is due to have a slowdown in business.
