TSX Venture Exchange

TSX Venture Exchange- It is a Canadian stock exchange, which is owned and operated by the TSX Group. There main operations work out of the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSE). It was known as the Canadian Venture Exchange until the TSX Group bout it in 2001 and changed the name to the TSX Venture Exchange. The companies that do not meant the requirement for the purpose of trading of the Toronto Stock exchange trade thought the TSX venture exchange therefore this type of securities are known as a higher risk stocks. In 2007, the TSX venture exchange reports stated that had 2,176 listed companies trading with them.
