There are many tax law jobs that people can get. The thing with any law job is that there a high amount of schooling needed to be able to qualify for one of these jobs. In order to work in tax law, just like every other lawyer, you will have to pass the bar exam.

In the united states you have several thing you have to do to qualify for a job in a law field. In the United States law school is a postgraduate program where you go to school for three years and when you are done you get your J.D. or Jurist Doctor Degree. A Jurist Doctor is a professional doctoral and a first professional degree. It's called a first professional degree as you get it first. It prepares you for a profession by honing your skills on t hat specific job. If teaches you theories and analysis that will make you competent in the skills specific to the degree you are looking to get.

After you get that degree you are not done yet. In order to be able to take the Bar exam you must first take the LSAT or Law School Admissions test and have graduated from a four-year undergraduate program in any major. In the United Sates there are only 199 schools that have been approved by the American Bar Association.

After you get your four year degree and pass the Law School Admissions Test you have to take your bar exam. The bar exam is put on by the United States American Bar Association. The bar exam tests your knowledge of laws regarding both being a lawyer and practicing law.

The bar exam is a test to determine if a person will be qualified to practice law. You have to take it to be given rights as a lawyer in a specific jurisdiction.

The bar is given by agencies of each state. You get jurisdiction in one state per bar examination. A state bar licensing agency is associated with the judicial branch of the United States Government as attorneys are all offices of the court. They basically belong to the state in which they passed the bar examination.

Becoming a lawyer is a long process but in the end if you like to help people keep justice on their side and like to make money it is the right choice for you.
