Never Buy The Extended Warranty
- Most of the time new products automatically come with a ninety-day
or one-year warranty, which is during the period most products that
are defective, will break down anyway. Therefore, with this in
mind, there is no good reason on earth to invest in an extended warranty,
except maybe to line the salespersons pocket as this is often where
they make the greatest amount of money on the sale of the product.
Most salespeople try to up sell you these warranties as the companies
offering them offer huge incentives and money. The money is better
spent on the postage to send the defective product back to the manufacturer
with, as most no longer fix, but replace.
